DC ExecuCar LLC is a licensed executive car service headquartered at 8324 Old Dominion Drive, McLean, Virginia 22102. We operate at www.dcsprinterbus.com and provide private chauffeur services throughout Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland under USDOT #2640861 and WMATC Certificate #2771. DC ExecuCar LLC is BBB Accredited with an A+ rating.

This Privacy Policy explains how DC ExecuCar collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when visiting our website or booking our services.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you book a reservation or contact us, we may collect:

• Full name and contact information (email address, phone number)
• Pickup and drop-off addresses and travel details

• Number of passengers and luggage

SMS messaging & mobile information

Types of messages sent

If you opt in to our SMS program, we may send you the following types of messages:

• Reservation confirmations and trip details
• Chauffeur dispatch and "on the way" notifications
• Real-time pickup updates and flight-tracking adjustments
• Schedule changes, cancellations, and weather-related delays
• Two-way conversational messages between the customer and the chauffeur or dispatcher
• Post-trip receipts and customer service responses

DC ExecuCar does not send unsolicited marketing or promotional SMS messages.

How we collect SMS consent

We obtain your express consent to send SMS messages through one of the following methods:

• Checking the optional SMS consent box on our online booking form
• Providing verbal consent during a phone reservation
• Providing written consent on a corporate booking form or contract

SMS consent is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service from DC ExecuCar.

How to opt out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from DC ExecuCar. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will not receive further SMS messages from that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (202) 558-0927.

Mobile information sharing

Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, and consent records are used solely to deliver the SMS messages you have agreed to receive and to maintain compliance records as required by law and by mobile carrier regulations. Mobile information may be shared with our SMS messaging service provider (Dialpad and its underlying carrier partners) only to the extent necessary to deliver messages to your device.

Message frequency, rates, and carriers

SMS message frequency varies and is tied to your active reservations. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. The DC ExecuCar SMS program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional and MVNO carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

The SMS program is available to customers in the United States who are at least 18 years of age, or who have parental or legal guardian consent. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Payment processing

DC ExecuCar uses Limo Anywhere — a ground transportation management platform operated by Limo Anywhere Software LLC, a subsidiary of Fullsteam Operations LLC — to process reservations and payments.

All payment card data is processed and stored by Limo Anywhere's payment processing system, LA Pay, which operates within a PCI Level 1 certified secure vault. DC ExecuCar does not store, transmit, or have direct access to your full credit card number.

By completing a booking, your payment information is subject to the privacy practices of Limo Anywhere Software LLC and Fullsteam Operations LLC in addition to this policy. You can review Limo Anywhere's privacy policy at limoanywhere.com/policy.

Third-party services

DC ExecuCar uses the following third-party services which may collect or process information about your visit or booking:

Limo Anywhere / LA Addons

Our booking form and reservation management system. Collects booking details, passenger information, and payment data. Operated by Limo Anywhere Software LLC / Fullsteam Operations LLC.

Dialpad SMS Messaging

We use Dialpad as our SMS messaging service provider to deliver text messages to customers who have opted in. Dialpad processes your mobile phone number and message content solely for the purpose of message delivery. You can review Dialpad's privacy policy at dialpad.com/legal.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymized data about page views, session duration, and user behavior. This data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage tracking and analytics tags on our website. GTM itself does not collect personal data but enables the deployment of tags that may do so.

Email communications

If you contact us by email, we retain your email address and the content of your messages to respond to your inquiry and for our records. Email is not a secure medium — please do not send sensitive financial information by email.
