You can cancel your reservation at any time. To receive a full refund, please cancel before the following deadlines:

DC ExecuCar tracks your flight to meet you at the airport on time. However, it is the passenger's responsibility to notify DC ExecuCar of any flight changes. Please call us immediately if your flight changes. A No Show fee (full fare) will be charged if you fail to notify us of a flight change.

Meeting instructions depend on the type of service you booked. Meet and Greet: your chauffeur will wait at baggage claim holding a name sign. Curbside: you will receive a text upon landing with pickup instructions.

Reagan National Airport (DCA)

• Curbside — Your chauffeur will be at the holding lot 1–2 minutes away. Text your driver when you have your luggage and they will meet you at the arrivals level. At Terminals B & C: exit through doors 6, 7, or 8 and cross to the passenger pick-up median. Specify which door you are near.
• Meet and Greet — Your chauffeur will be at baggage claim. Walking time is approximately 5 minutes from Terminals B & C and 10 minutes from Terminal A.

Dulles International Airport (IAD)

• Curbside — Your chauffeur will be at the holding lot 1–2 minutes away. Text your driver when you have your luggage and they will meet you at the arrivals level. Take the ramp up from baggage claim and notify your chauffeur of the door number.
• Meet and Greet — For domestic flights, your chauffeur will be at baggage claim. For international flights, they will be at International Arrivals. In both cases they will hold your name sign.

Union Station

• You will receive a text from your driver when ready. The car will pull into the main circle with your name sign on the front window.

DC ExecuCar luxury sedans have large trunks — if it fits, we take it. Executive SUVs have even larger trunks. Here's a quick guide:

Not a problem. DC ExecuCar tracks all client flights in real time — we will know if your flight is late or early before you do. Your chauffeur will adjust accordingly and be ready when you land.

However, please notify us as soon as possible if you change your flight entirely, as we track the original flight number you provided at booking.

DC ExecuCar chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. We strive to never be late for a pickup.

You are never rushed. We want you to know that your chauffeur is there and ready — if you need a few extra minutes, take your time.

Yes. Car seats for children of all ages are available for an additional $25 per one-way transfer.

Please select the appropriate car seat type during online booking, or mention it to our customer service representative when booking by phone — so we can ensure the right seat is installed before your pickup.
